Some of my most enjoyable  travel is related to the workshops I teach around the country. The Discovery Dulcimer I developed provides a perfect entry into the world of dulcimer playing. I also teach classes in building and playing both the lap and hammered dulcimers. I frequently teach hammered dulcimer building classes at John Campbell Folk School in western North Carolina. I have lap dulcimer building classes scheduled at Chestnut Creek School of the Arts in Galax, VA, and other venues.
